What past MEMORY do you wake up with?

An interesting side project if you are interested..

Map out next week with a pad and pen, when you wake up each morning, where your mind takes you.

Most people, if they are being completely aware, will see they default to reverting to a memory from our past. This memory can be from last week or last year (50% of our past memories are inaccurate and are designed for resentment)

This ‘past memory’ or emotion, when remembered, causes a chemical reaction in the body. Primarily cortisol which leads to high arousal (generally anxiousness)

With a consistent daily dose over time we see an emotional addiction begin as 'dwelling on the past'  is very predictable, it keeps you comfortable and in fight/flight (busy not efficient) mode for most of the day.

Creative ideas or holding BIG goals are not possible in this fight/flight mode, as the body is on the alert, biologically designed to prepare to be attacked. Shallow work is a result and most employed positions around the world foster this type of outcome. More importantly BELIEVING that you can achieve a BIG Goal is side-tracked and not engaged!

With work and awareness, we can recognise what 'Memory Loop' we are in each morning.  If we do catch ourselves there are things we can do to help us to move out and away from a fight/flight response toward a growth mindset and creativity framework. In this space DEEP work is possible including powerful creativity and problem solving sessions which leads to execution and ultimately change occurs!

Deep Dives (Awareness - Float tanks) Deep Work, Deep NOW leads to DEEPER YES!!!!
